Production Coordinator

Job Summary
The Production Coordinator supports daily production operations by ensuring the production schedule (created by the Scheduler and owned by the Production Supervisor) is executed effectively and according to customer, project, and internal standards. This role plays a hands‑on, operational bridge between planning and execution, supporting production line setup, translating project requirements into floor‑ready instructions, and assisting technicians and the Supervisor with real‑time workflow management.
Duties & Responsibilities
Production setup and process execution
-Assist in setting up production lines, ensuring materials, tools, fixtures, and work instructions are in place and correct.
-Partner with the production supervisor to implement and reinforce standard work practices through direct, hands-on support.
-Maintain working knowledge of production and assembly processes to troubleshoot setup issues and support employees on the floor.
-Adjust line configurations as project requirements, customer needs, or wave timing change.Daily production execution and management
-Support the production supervisor in executing the daily schedule and adjusting workflow as conditions change.
-Ensure assembly line workers have everything required to run effectively, including materials, tools, and current instructions.
-Monitor real-time progress to ensure production meets schedule, wave timing, and customer/project expectations.
-Identify bottlenecks, material shortages, or process issues early and escalate as needed.
-Gather production requirements from project managers and translate wave requirements into clear, actionable steps for the production floor.Communication and issue resolution
-Communicate schedule disruptions, delays, or production risks to the scheduler.
-Coordinate with maintenance and engineering to address equipment or process issues.
-Provide real-time updates to upper management regarding issues impacting production flow.Tracking and reporting
-Track production output versus plan and identify gaps in real time.
-Document and maintain accurate information related to output, downtime, scrap, and wave performance.
-Prepare and share production metrics and summaries with the operations manager.Cross-functional support
-Work with quality to ensure product and process standards are followed.
-Partner with the plant manager to align warehouse picking, pulling, and inventory availability with production needs.
-Support continuous improvement by identifying and communicating process gaps, setup inefficiencies, and workflow opportunities.Qualifications & Skills
-Strong understanding of production processes, line setup, and workflow sequencing.
-Ability to read and follow work instructions, SOPs, and project specifications.
-Proficiency in Microsoft 365 products (especially Excel and Word).
-Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
-Ability to troubleshoot minor process or setup issues and escalate appropriately.
-Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred.Education & Experience
-3+ years’ experience in a production, assembly, or manufacturing environment.
-Demonstrated reliability and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
-Experience supporting or executing line setup, wave execution, or assembly line changeovers.
-Exposure to lean manufacturing, 5S, or continuous improvement methodologies.
-Experience working cross‑functionally with warehouse, quality, engineering, or maintenance teams.Physical Requirements

-Ability to work for extended periods on the production floor or in warehouse conditions, and at a desk.
-Ability to tolerate hot or humid environments when required.

Job Summary
Sennco is looking for a qualified Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our team. This role supports sales, provides customer service, technical support, and handles initial prospective inquiries. A successful CSM is customer‑focused, solutions‑oriented, collaborative, and excels at building and maintaining strong customer relationships. Our ideal candidate will have experience in sales and/or customer service.
Duties & Responsibilities
– As key point of contact for customers and prospects, CSM will handle inquiries and orders, by phone, e-mail or website; ensuring communication with customers is professional and timely.
– Supports cross‑department coordination to ensure customer orders and solutions are delivered on time and to specification.
– Understands customers’ needs, resolves issues, and escalates issues and opportunities as needed.
– Collaborate with the Sales and Project Management Teams to support customer orders, sample requests, projects, pilots, and secure new business.
– Understand and supports Sennco’s process and policies and provides suggestions for ongoing improvement.
– Utilize sales CRM, Zoho, tracking, and reporting tools to support customer opportunities and technical inquiries. Shares important information in a timely fashion with team members.
– Retains knowledge of Sennco’s solutions and how they are used by retailers, leveraging this information to solve problem for prospects and customers.
– Provides troubleshooting assistance for customer orders and account statuses.

Document Control Specialist

Job Summary
The Document Control Specialist supports the Mechanical Engineering team by organizing, maintaining, and controlling all engineering documentation, including drawings, specifications, Bill of Materials (BOMs), Engineering Change Orders (ECOs), and procedural documents. This role ensures accurate version control, timely updates, and proper distribution of controlled documents across Engineering, Production, Operations, and Project Management. The position also supports part number creation, BOM structure maintenance, and ERP data accuracy.
Duties & Responsibilities
– Maintain and organize the Mechanical Engineering vault of released backup files.
– Ensure all engineering documents (drawings, specs, reference documents) are properly stored, version‑controlled, and easily accessible.
– Assist with the creation, formatting, revision, and filing of Mechanical Engineering Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
– Maintain and file manufacturing procedures, work instructions, and assembly guides in coordination with Production and Operations.
– Facilitate the ECO process by preparing documentation, routing approvals, tracking progress, and ensuring the correct files are updated and released.
– Support engineering staff in maintaining revision histories and compliance requirements.
– Create and maintain part numbers, product configurations, and BOMs within the ERP.
– Perform ongoing updates to ensure BOM accuracy, including quantity changes, part substitutions, and revision updates.
– Support data clean‑up and standardization efforts within the ERP system.
– Act as liaison between Mechanical Engineering and Project Managers for new part creation and BOM requests.
– Assist Production, Operations, Project Managers, and Sales teams with accessing drawings, specifications, and controlled documentation as needed.
– Respond to internal requests for engineering documents and ensure proper distribution of released files.
– Communicate document changes, newly released drawings, and updated standards to relevant departments.

Familiarity with mechanical drawings, part numbers, and BOM structures.
