Job Summary
Sennco Solutions, Inc. is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to perform a variety of accounting, bookkeeping, and financial tasks. Responsibilities include keeping financial records updated, preparing reports, processing business transactions, accounts payable, disbursements, expense vouchers, and receipts. A successful Accounts Payable Clerk should be familiar with accounting procedures and have a flair for numbers. Ultimately, a successful Accounts Payable Clerk will ensure that the company’s daily accounting functions run accurately and effectively.
Duties & Responsibilities
-Perform daily financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, and recording accounts payable data.
-Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted.
-Verify and investigate discrepancies, if any, by reconciling accounts and statements with the Procurement Buyer and vendors.
-Facilitate payment of invoices due by sending bill reminders and contacting the internal team and/or clients when directed.
-Monitor accounts payable to ensure timely payments and discounts.
-Generate reports detailing accounts payables status.
-Understand expense accounts and cost centers.
-Understand compliance issues around accounts payable processes (W-9, sales tax, etc.).
-Posts credit card activity promptly.
-Perform accounting support to the accounting department (i.e., assist with all functions payable, inventory, and reporting).
-Generate standard operating procedures to standardize and improve processes.
-Additional responsibilities as assigned.Qualifications & Skills
-Proficient understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting payable principles.
-Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and proprietary software.
-Proficiency in MS Office, QuickBooks, and databases.
-High degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
-Ability to maintain confidentiality.Education & Experience
– Bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting is highly preferred.
– 2 years of proven working experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk is preferred.
– Accounts Payable knowledge is required; QuickBooks experience is a plus.
– Proven ability to calculate, post, and manage accounting figures and financial records.
– Hands-on experience with spreadsheets and financial reports.
– Experience creating standard operating procedures (SOPs) is preferred.Physical Requirements

Job Summary
The Supply Chain & Procurement Specialist is a strategic and analytical role responsible for optimizing procurement processes and improving overall supply chain efficiency. This position combines purchasing expertise with data-driven decision-making to ensure cost-effective sourcing, supplier performance, and operational excellence across domestic and international markets.
Duties & Responsibilities
· Develop and manage strategic relationships with domestic and international suppliers to ensure consistent quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery.
· Create and implement procurement strategies that reduce costs and mitigate risks while supporting long-term business goals.
· Conduct market research to identify new sourcing opportunities and evaluate supplier capabilities.
· Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with suppliers, focusing on value creation and compliance with trade regulations.
· Analyze supply chain and procurement data to identify trends, forecast demand, and recommend process improvements.
· Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Quality Assurance, and Accounting to resolve supply chain issues and streamline workflows.
· Monitor and manage international shipments, working closely with freight forwarders and customs brokers to ensure compliance.
· Maintain accurate records of supplier performance, pricing, and inventory levels to support forecasting and planning.
· Support the development and implementation of procurement policies, procedures, and best practices.
· Review inventory analytics to monitor stock levels, identify variances, and support accurate demand planning and replenishment strategies.
· Performs miscellaneous duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Skills
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proven ability to drive cost-saving initiatives.
· Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
· Proficiency in ERP systems and data analysis tools (Excel required).
· Understanding of global logistics, trade compliance, and vendor management.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders.
· Ability to commute on-site Monday through Friday to Plainfield, IL 60544.
Education & Experience
· Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, business, or related field (preferred); equivalent experience or certifications (e.g., CPSM, CPIM) considered.
· Minimum of 3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain management, preferably in a manufacturing or international sourcing environment.
Physical Requirements
· Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
· Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds regularly and 30 pounds occasionally.
· Some travel may be required.
