Sennco Solutions, Inc. warrants each product manufactured to be free from defective material and workmanship and agrees* to repair any such defective part or replace with a new part or product (at the company’s option) provided that the part or product has not been subject to tampering, misuse, neglect, incorrect installation, unauthorized modification, or normal wear resulting from improper use.

The Limited Warranty applies to parts and products listed below:

• Electronic Alarms and Components (1 year)
• Mechanical Cordwinders (Retractors) (6 months)
• Mechanical Cables and Special Design Cables (6 months)
• Mechanical Lockdown Solutions (1 year)
• HP Pusher Internal Drive Components (2 years)
• HP Pusher Plastic Components (2 years)

Sennco Solutions, Inc. is not held liable for any firmware or software changes implemented by the displayed product’s manufacturer, distributor, or reseller.

Return authorization is required by Sennco Solutions, Inc. and all shipping charges prepaid to our factory. Sennco Solutions, Inc. will make necessary repairs or send replacement within 20 working days.
